No — and we're careful about that line. Steady Home Works is a handyman and home maintenance company. We install the grab bars; we don't provide personal care. That clarity is part of why care professionals feel comfortable referring us.
Absolutely. We'll walk through the plan together at the start, work at her pace, and do the final walk-through with her before anyone signs off. Many of our senior customers manage their own lists entirely.
